A couple of my Naruto manga have faded and lets say my collection of Naruto Manga looks a bit off here's an example

The color fading is caused by the lighting of wherever you keeping your books and manga. Sometimes people call it the effect "bleaching" or "bleached out." I've seen it with book cover, but it can be seen on a lot of different materials. The best thing to do, if you want to preserve the color, is keep things out of direct sunlight or high intensity bulbs. Some collectors will put their books, manga, comics whatever in protective sleeves to block light and UV exposure.
