Limited anime on the Roku?

I've been coming across anime with the error "Sorry, there are no current available streams for this media." A lot on the Roku. I'm a premium member and shouldn't have any anime blocked right? Or are there going to be anime's like this that say they are available and they are not? That is kind of crappy if that is the case. Please let me know is it is an error through my end, or yours. Thank you.

Have you tried going to the series pages on the website and checking if they are blocked in your country? Also you should provide more information like where you are from and what series it happens with.

Well it is just a forum so some threads get overlooked. If you want to make sure you get a response from a staff member then you should be using the support contact page, not the forum. Premium members and recently-premium members get priority support through the contact page. I also had a thread that got overlooked ages ago but after using the contact page the issue was resolved in an hour.

Thank you as of late it is happening on the anime, the Diary of Tortov Roddle. It doesn't happen to the main one I watch which is Fairy Tale, but I really want to see the artwork in this one. I ocassionally run across it, but I can't tell you which ones. I was also curious about all of the ads on the roku, is this a new normal for roku premium? It's only with the new season of anime out. I just had one in the begining of Mysterious Girlfriend X. Thanks for your help!

You should not be seeing ads on a premium account on a Roku. Make certain your account has not become unlinked. One sure sign of this is if you have no queue, but the other is if scrolling down to the bottom shows "Link Account" and "Go Premium" instead of "Unlink Account".

One things is, there seems to be a delay for devices ~ its in the known issues list ~ and they have said they are trying to reduce the delay. If its just after the series is scheduled to go stream, that could be it.

Other thing is, recently I've been having a problem with the Roku starting up unlinked. Clicking on link account, it gives the account link cpde, then the account linking process, then its linked and the Queue and the rest are there.

If you unlink it on the website then go through the steps to relink it from the box it should solve this issue.
Let me know if that doesn't, though!

Its been three days or so, and hasn't happened again, so that seems to have worked.

It's the first episode that requires a premium account.

I just started my premium trial yesterday, in case that's relevant. I tried to unlink and relink my Roku, but that didn't help. Though I unlinked from the Roku and not the website.
