If you've got a clean bill of health already and found nothing wrong..then I wouldn't worry about it. It's merely your perception. Yeah, you could say it's spiritual auras if your into that sort of thing. Whether it is or isn't, is up to you. However, I think it's just your mind's way of interpreting the world around you. The mind, is a curious thing.
Everyone has a different way of seeing the world. For instance, there is a person can see sound in the form of shapes and colors. A blind painter who can paint perfect and breath taking pieces of art. Another blind man who can ride a bike, play basketball, and move as if he can see by sound alone. I'm sure if you google or search youtube, you can find these videos. That's where I found out about them. Who knows, how many other impressive feats of perception a person may view the world through.
This light you see might be unique to you and only you can decipher what it means. Thus, I would suggest not delving into the mythos of spiritual auras and what they mean to other people. For you, it might be your way of seeing sound, interpreting feeling, energy, emotions, or what have you. It's hard to say. At least, that's what I think it is.
You should document this. Maybe write in a journal what you feel when you see this light. Or, what you think each light might mean. If you want to take it another step further, you can try sharing your documentation of these lights with doctors who specialize in the way the mind perceives things.
You might find your answers that way.
