Whos the most perverted anime girl

I dunno if it's really true about the girl I'm about to name.....

But ever since a few small scenes in some sailor moon anime media, especially the scene in stars where she has a nosebleed, not to mention the way she looks....there's just something about Minako Aino that gives off vibes of sexual permissiveness. Hell whoever did that horribly animated hentai parody of the sailor senshi (which I will not mention) seem to really drive the point home with the way Minako was portrayed.

I mean, she is hot. Am I the only one who thinks this way about the Sailor Senshi of Love?
