No, there's nothing wrong for guys to watch Mahou Shoujo genre, in fact, it is mostly targeted on male audience.

happiness!

all of the above are seinen/ shonen- targeted for male audiences
there are more magical girl anime and manga for guys.

Its called the peripheral demographic, the show is aimed at the young'uns but picks up success with a different audience, often it shows the overall appeal of the show or its production quality (these shows often have a very good budget), and often enough it appeals to perverts that like ogling 12 and under girls. Its more of a compliment than anything if a show reaches an audience outside of its demographic though.

Its okay to like what you like though, so long as it doesn't hurt anyone else...

I guess not. When Sailor Moon came out YEARSSSS ago I watched it for the fighting. And some of the Scouts were hot like Mars.
