I am having the same problem as well. I never used a 30 day pass. The only passes I have used were the 14 day free trial and the 48hr guess passes.

Still not working for me... Clicking the link through the email or the one in my inbox simply tells me that the code is no longer valid.

Thank you for the free trial working now. I am sooo happy!
Finals are on 16,17, and 18 so maybe I wont get as much use as I thought. I only subscribed once before, and it included a free trial period, but I was also premium for almost a year. I don't know how strict they are going to be with the free trials love. Except this one appeared to specifically target previous subs. Hope it works for everyone and hope you pay for at least one month after all the free crunchy love. Thanks to the staff for the love |

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. I've responded to everyone who emailed in. As some of you have now seen the codes are now working. (Also, if you didn't think I wasn't aware of the issue I sent this to development to be fixed at 7 AM on Sunday.) (Also, I'm available M-F 9-5 Pacific, but I check in frequently on the weekends too. Apologies for not being the omnipotent 24 hour CS God!) If anyone is still having issues with their codes, please let me know! |

Still not working for me This Coupon Code is not valid anymore. But you can still signup for a Free Trial here! =/ already had a free trial and a paid membership for months would that have anything to do with it i have only ever had a 14 day trial nothing else

When I clicked the link in my email, it takes me to the normal page and all my info is there, so I click on the start trial and then check all my credit card info I click "Start trial" that is where I have a problem. It comes up for me to enter my security number on my card but there is nowhere to enter this info. wth...

I got an email yesterday with an updated link, but it still isn't working. When I click the link I just get sent to the page with the regular 2 week trial.

Yea , I just ended my 2 day guest pass and I tried the link again and it still didn't work for me.

I was able to go through the link on the 'Updated Coupon Code' on my dummy account and sign up for the 30 day trial with no issues. |
