They only release Fairy Tail DVDs. chrome_mist wrote: munchthis wrote: now that's some well organized and informed first post. as to the topic at hand, I am a big fan and feel that One Piece is going to keep its title of record breaking sales for a long time. and every arc seems to bring a tear to my eyes one way or another. 260 million is untouchable. I don't think this record will ever be broken. At least not in this century. Now all that's left for One Piece is to break DB's worldwide record of 350 million copies. |

I'll stay out of this thread since I'm sure some forum noobs will manage to write something from the manga and not put a spoiler around it

It sucks most of the sales will be coming from Japan though. One Piece is hardly a hit anywhere else. Offtopic: Who's the pressed soul that reported this thread? |

Auron1 wrote: Funimation has Fairy Tail too but they still allow CR to have up to about 4 or 5 episodes uploaded Technically, Funimation doesn't "allow" anything. Crunchyroll's contract for simulcasting Fairy Tail existed well before Funimation licensed it, and apparently did not permit termination while the series is ongoing. The limitation of episodes only being available for 30 days (and for premium members only) has been there since the very beginning. As to One Piece, Funimation licensed that well before CR went legit, and began the simulcast during Crunchyroll's first year as a fully legit service (2009). |

There is a book that's being sold at the One Piece exhibit, and it has an interview with Oda. One of the questions was what's Oda's thought on the final One Piece arc, and I'll quote his answer:
" The final arc will make the Marineford arc looks like nothing" Well all I can say is what the hell do you have in store for us Oda?!!! |

Two pictures from the SBS of volume 66.
All credit goes to Riser from ap forums for finding the pictures, and redon for posting info about the volume. For people who are afraid to check the pictures, there are no manga spoilers. I just used spoilers to reduce the amount of space for my post. Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide Perona is so damn cute. Also I couldn't help but to laugh at the before and after picture of Kokoro |

Now that I think about it, I don't think we've seen an old mermaid other than her (unless you count Otohime as old). Also about the interview with Oda, he said that Marineford was just a "side trip" and he didn't expect it to be this popular. Here are screenshots of the interview if you're interested: http://imgur.com/a/JSbhZ |
