I didn't watch the above-mentioned video so I'm not sure if it's related. I was hoping someone else would reply to this thread first because I'm not sure I understand it still. But if it means what I think it means then, uh, I've certainly been mesmerized by Minato's perfect good-lookingness, probably made all the more special by his elusiveness and cameo-like appearances. And, similarly, by Tendo Pain's beautiful, stoic, unblinking stare. He kind of has a paralytic effect, actually...maybe it's the hypnotic Rinnegan doing a subliminal number on me. But then when the Six Paths of Pain are all together in any formation, that always look pretty awesome.

Edit: How can I forget a blood-red biohazard Sharingen of any ilk? It makes them all awesome-looking and powerful-looking no matter who they are...I don't think I understand this thread, now that I'm really looking at it again, because I wasn't trying to link it to visual jutsu but it kind of turned out that way. Awesome-looking meaning good-looking, bizarre, strong? Jiraiya and Orochimaru's "presence" are pretty awesome-looking. Can't think of female characters right now whose awesome-lookingness immediately conveys a sense of power. Maybe Konan because she has the advantage of the Akatsuki cloak and is sullen.

With that in mind I will try to clean up my answer although I'm sure I will forget some stunningly awesome-looking character. Not in any order and sorry for the long list but the cast is neverending, and I can't decide on the ultimate one. Maybe Naruto in full rage and full regalia.

Minato and Naruto in their cloaks, especially the latter in any combo of pissed off Nine Tails and Sage Mode and carrying the big-ass scroll. I don't usually go for these bright and shiny types as bleeding power but these two do. I'm whipped.

Kakashi because of the mask.

Jiraiya. The build. The hair. The face stripes.

Orochimaru because he looks so depraved and the reptilian stare screams murder.

Still think Tendo Pain looks awesome with the piercings and unblinking stare. He has the best pedicure that I've seen thus far, hmmm. All Pain in formation is powerful and iconic.

Nagato in immobilized, skeletal mode because sometimes lack of movement and reaction conveys a sense of control and power.

The Akatsuki always look cool.

The Sharingen on anybody, not the visual jutsu but the bloody color and the symbols.

The Byakugan on anybody because of the impenetrable pupil-less white-out stare.

The First Hokage looks commanding although the anime sometimes makes him look like a player.

Kabuto in his later forms.

Gamabunta with his tongue studs and Gamaken with his stripes and devil horns.

naruto in his cloaked chakra form, the golden aura conveys power
sasuke in the process of forming a chidori, idk y, just looks epic
kakashi with his sharingan active holding zabuza sword
the list goes on

Kushina when she's pissed off

Naruto when he's tapping into the power of Kuruma

Minato is always plain cool

Madara with his half dead thing going for him
