Annoys the hell out of me. Look and move on, I feel like if I don't pay attention at all times you're gonna lunged at me and rip my face off like some crazed baboon.

well, there are a lot of people that are on the city bus I go on. me and a friend were sitting in our seat and this random homeless guy (he looked homeless) was staring at us. his pet dog was too. what we said "moooooo" then he looked away. I don't know. it kind of annoys me but whatever. that's people for ya I guess :0 lolol

Maybe homeless guy was curious or what you wore that day reminded him of something? And maybe you two smelled like shit to his dog (since dogs have miraculously amazing sense of smell)?

Depends on the stare I guess. If there's any hint of prejudice in it, that's when it gets annoying to me. I don't have time to spend on letting it bug me though.

Normally I have no problem with people staring at me, but that's because it's usually not actual staring.
From my experience people often tend to stare blankly in some random direction if they're just sitting somewhere thinking to themselves. Sometimes this gaze will fall on me, but I usually recognize it for what it is. Plus, a simple glance back at them is all that is needed to make them look another way, so it's not a big deal.
