Nope , and even if they have claimed china in the situation u are talking about . China will still get independent because of world peace just like any other country that colonized other country and now they are what we call 3rd world country . China was counted as a 3rd world country but now it isn't really 3rd because of the growing potential on the economy and technology area.Still there are a whole lot of poor people there.

Of course not.........and I actually find this topic to be quite funny! Do you really believe that Japan could have overtaken China? Please factor in the Mao Zedong's PLA (People's Liberation Army) was already functional and the GMD (Nationalists) were in control of China. Secondly, factor the size of China and amount of people that were spread over the country. Thirdly, Chinese Nationalism (I recommend Yan Mo's Red Sorghum to this point).

This question, and I say this in the most polite way possible, is valueless. In theory, we could hypothesize outcomes BUT in reality Japan would never have had it that far.

Also side note: There was too much foreign investment in China (England, France, Germany, and of course the US) so even if the US "gave up" China to Japan the European nations would have backed the Chinese forces as the Japanese approached Peking (now Beijing).

If this is hypothetical, let's said japan manage to take china... Then eventually Japan will take over the world, considering all the resources and people in china...

Actually no , in the period that Japan had taken over some district on China there has been a lot of rebels . So they might as well loss a lot more than they are gaining from it.

Let's just say if the Empire of Japan could conquer all of the Republic of China...

I believe the Empire of Japan would have a good chance @ conquering all of the Republic of China. Manchuria was conquered by the Empire of Japan in 1 year. The Philippines, Hong Kong, & Singapore were conquered by the Empire of Japan as well & they were European colonies @ the time.

I hypothesize if Nazi Germany did NOT lose to the USSR in the "Battle of Stalingrad" then Nazi Germany would have invaded the Republic of China from Tibet which would give the Empire of Japan an opportunity to invade & conquer Peking (Beijing). Since all of Europe besides Britain was under Nazi Germany control there would be no opposition from the European powers & their respective colonies within East Asia. To add to that if Stalingrad did fall to Nazi Germany then the USSR war machine would be paralyzed from scarce energy resources because the oil fields south of Stalingrad would also be under Nazi Germany's control along with Stalingrad.
So yes the Empire of Japan can conquer all of the Republic of China & if you factor Nazi Germany's victory in Stalingrad then that would just add an advantage to Japan.
This is a hypothesis to remind you.
The Tripartite Pact was signed in 1940.

Sorry I forgot to add this to my previous comment.
There would be NO purpose for the Empire of Japan to conquer the Republic of China completely. War is very costly for both the people & the financial health of a country. The Empire of Japan was under an economic depression during the Second World War & the USA had an oil embargo against Japan @ the time.

I agree with phanAn's comment that there is no purpose in conquering an entire nation.

The only historical example I know would involve Genghis Khan & the Mongolian Empire of the 13th century. The Mongolian Empire was the only nation that successfully conquered almost all of East Asia & the Middle East all the way to the doorstep of Europe.
