Arrrrrrr! WELL, it seems there’s a bit of controversy over on the INTERTRONZ about the English renaming of one of the very best shows currently featured here on Crunchyroll, Bodacious Space Pirates! Based on some of the feedback we’ve gotten from our users, some of you are none too pleased with the use of the word “Bodacious” in the title. The argument goes that this show is too intelligent, too serious, and just too good to saddle it with the word “Bodacious”. http://www.crunchyroll.com/bodacious-space-pirates Perhaps they do have a point…maybe some unlucky folk have passed on this show simply because of the title. And what a shame that would be ~ ! SO we’ve decided to run a poll where YOU GUYS get to have some say on what the series should be called. Now, due to a lot of complicated reasons, we can't change the name, but YOU NEVER KNOW and your feedback would really be appreciated! So please vote for a new name here, or come up with your own in thread below! (2) Having an attractive body, esp. in relation to certain female features. I think those who have spent enough time watching the series will agree that the first definition is much more relevant and befitting.

It may be that the likes of Pauly Shore have spoiled what used to be a perfectly fine slang word, but I can't come up with one that fits the spirit of the show any better. OTOH, if its been sunk, I'd go with the def'n of Bodacious, above, and have it as "Bold Space Pirates"
