At my old work place, yes, I mostly had an isolated office, so basically always had anime, movie or let's play video going on in the part of the screen I was not using for work (most of the time I only needed half of screen to do my work efficiently, was also repetitive so didn't ask for a lot of concentration).
Now that I am back to school (left old job of my own will, due to lack of mental stimulation), cannot really do such during class, beyond music, which I mostly use to help me focus, when concentration get low.

More often than not, especially if there's nothing else to watch. It's pretty laid back where I work so I can even surf the web as long as it doesn't interfere with what I'm doing.
