The Magic Gourd

It all started with a boy named Kai. He was an ordinary japanese school boy that likes to become a swimmer, but it never came true. The only thing he expected was to have good grades in his report card.
The next day, he went to a pond where he always go fishing by himself. He grabbed his fishing rod from his bike and went off to the dock. While he was sitting next to the pond, not paying attention, he had a huge bite. He reeled it in and he caught an orange onion-shaped item. It was a gourd! "I wondered how it got here. Gourds couldn't swim." thought Kai. So he threw it back into the pond and went home.

He went back to the pond after a week to see if that orange gourd was there. So he packed his fishing rod with him before he went to school. He caught the gourd again! He let it sit out of the pond for a few minutes until it started to shake. Kai stood back and watch it shake. The gourd came to life! "Hello! I'm the Magic Gourd! I can let you do whatever you wish in a click. What do you want to wish for?" said the gourd. "Umm.. uhhh... you can talk..." said Kai terrified. "Of course! It's pretty obvious. I'm a MAGIC gourd! What do you want to wish for, Kai?" Kai thought for a moment. He remembered he forgot to eat breakfast in the morning. So he asked the gourd to give him a nice breakfast! "Don't you mind if you wish me some breakfast?" said Kai. "Well sure!" said the gourd. Kai's wish came true! The gourd made floating cereal, cookies, waffles and pancakes! Kai was so full after he ate all that sweet food. So he wished for another thing which is taking to school on his bike flying. And he granted the wish.
