This thing starts on June 8th.
Favorites? Sleepers? Duds? Worried about that group of death? Rising stars? Falling stars? Personally I think Germany will win it all but I'd like to see France make a push too. |

Still like Germany even with them being in the group of death. They're still the most disciplined squad out of that group. |

.... I've heard of giant killers, but don't push your luck. Rofl. Also, I try to support England whenever I can. Unfortunately, the new manager is a moron, and the squad is full of annoying players who haven't even particularly shined whatsoever this season. So, like most years, my house'll be the only one in the street with German flags hung up outside, even though everyone else has Union Jacks. I'll probably get a brick through my window, but whatever. |

Right now, i'm all it, kid.

That was a definitely an interesting start to the tourney.
A little gutted to see Szczesny go off like that. A red card for sure but disappointing nonetheless. Plus, it was surprising to see such different halves in that first game. Poland fell flat after the break and Greece looked the more comfortable side especially after Poland lost their keeper. Great entertainment though and a draw was deserved for both squads. The second game was equally surprising. Never thought Russia would run away with it like they did but it makes sense considering the talent they have in the team. The Czechs still have the opportunity to win their next two games and advance but no team in this group will be a pushover. |

I'm supporting Ireland in this one. I hope they make a good showing in the Euros. Germany is always a great team in any competition and could win it this year. Spain is stacked and wouldn't be surprised if there is a possible rematch from four years ago Spain vs. Germany. The Dutch are looking, in my opinion, to win this title since losing the World Cup in 2010 so they will make a push for it. Portugal will have the same song and dance. Strong start, weak finish. They can't get good when it matters the most and when that time comes they fizzle out. I see Sweden, Denmark and Russia as dark horses. They have the potential to surprise everyone by going far in this tourney, Russia in particular since they did well in the 2008 Euro and almost qualified for the World Cup. England I think will struggle in this. With injuries taking out players before the competition begins and a striker, Rooney, who can't do anything on a major international level I see them either barley making it out or barley missing out.

Ok guys.. few more hours Italy vs Spain..we'll loose for sure. I don't expecting nothing much more than the bad team we had at the world cup, but for my country I'll support them of course.

I think you could be right. Every team is talented enough to make deep runs in the tournament but I have seen fine play from Ukraine, Croatia and Russia. Hopefully they can get out of their groups and display their potential in the knockout round.
