Little Witch Academia came in today! The pink inside of the blu-ray case was unexpected, but I dig it. Came with an artbook, translation guide, and the large book-like blu-ray case holding the episode and soundtrack.

Wow, some of these collections are crazy! Mine is SUPER small right now, only the first five volumes of Gantz and the first volume of Attack on Titan.

So I don't have a huge collection what so ever compared to some people in this thread (I think I have 27 volumes, only like 5 different series) but me and my friend were talking about my collection, and how each volume is roughly $10 a piece (I think $15-25 for omnibuses/special editions, which I don't have... yet) and we got to thinking how I have roughly $300 on one shelf thinking like that.

Which made me think of some of the collections in this thread... Ever look at a shelf of manga and think of how much money is technically sitting there? Then realize for a lot of you that has turned into a bookshelf or shelves for many.

Amazing how much money one will spend for entertainment...

Just goes to show how much people love anime and manga :3 but that is the same thing for all hobbies; no hobby is free. It all takes money, normally lots and lots of money. But people are willing to spend it because it is something they enjoy n__n

True, it's just interesting I think to think about how much money goes into it in the end. I used to take woodshop classes. That was always a pretty penny to spend.
