I try to keep all my series as complete as possible but im missing a few new releases.

I know the pictures slightly small (and dark, i keep my manga away from the windows to deter yellowing) but can you name the majority of the series i have!

Oh. My. God. ;_; How are you able to live and afford to buy Manga and Anime!?

I think, if you were to sell all of that, you would probably get thousands. Also, where are you getting all those Madman box sets? I haven't seen them anywhere! Though, even if I did see those, I wouldn't be able to afford them...

Its only a rough guess but i have spent around $50k + on my collection and i have been collecting for around 7 years now. A lot of the older madman boxsets ive been able to get from a friend of mine but when ever madman release the new ones they release i tend to buy them straight away and then collect the individual volumes at a a later date.

The one that I saw that has me curious is the black cased Inuyasha sets. Seeing the ratings on the spines, my guess is Australia is a bit more strict in the retail of it than they are here so there are other variations?

Most of my collection is either in storage containers or has been sold to buy more manga. But here is what I have out right now. I don't have as much as the other awesome people on here but I am still proud of my babies. Sorry for the potato quality photos.

The M rating is 15+ and it was rated that for moderate animated violence and moderate sexual references. Sometimes you gotta wonder why they rate things this way. A good example is Azumanga Diaoh.

Volume 1 MA15 + - must be 15 years or older or accompanied by a parent
Volume 2 G - anyone can watch
Volume 3 M 15+ - Recommended for mature audiences 15 years and over
Volume 4 PG - Parental guidance recommended for people under 15
Volume 5 PG
Volume 6 PG

The reason why volume 1 was given an MA was because of what the Male teacher says during the swim class episodes.

More so it is the fact they are black. Here, each one is uniquely colored with black on spine with the last season before Final Act being silver and chromatic. Might has to do with when they were released? Not sure. Can be seen the topmost shelf of the bookshelf. One season isn't in there cause bro was watching. and forgive large image size... I didn't reduce resolution on the camera...

Also forgive the mess, I need new shelves XD

I cannot wait to get my new office finished being built so I can get my stuff as well organized as yours!

Yeah i think it all depends on the distributor. Madman gets to choose the covers they release on their releases so im assuming they thought ti would look better having all the covers one color. If you take a look at my original pic the final act is in two slim packs and their color is white..

If its not organized and in alphabetical order it feels weird. all the stuff on the bottom shelves of my anime bookcases are all the ones in my too watch pile. they are the only ones that arnt organized.
