Each DVD cost $45-55, with the exception of Bleach season 1 which was $30 and Bleach seasons 2 &3 which were $65 each..
So all in all, there's about $1250-$1500 worth of anime here

You probably could have gotten most of those for cheaper if you really searched, it would have saved you some money, at least. My collection is around the same price, a bit under from yours, and I have 50+ titles. It's all about how you spend your money, really. Are those two pics your entire collection or? Here's a repost of mine from a different thread (the anime side of the spectrum, mostly):

Although, those were taken approximately 10 months ago in January, so by now they're outdated obviously. Down below, I'll repost that shelf looks like currently.

Yeah, once I had 3 dvd's to go, I realized I could have gotten them for $47 each instead of 50-60 each. Oh well though, money isn't really a problem for me. *Not trying to brag.* Also it's not my entire collection, I have the yu-gi-oh movie and a few films:

-The girl who leapt through time
-Laputa Castle in the Sky
-Kiki's delivery service
-Also some pokemon ones.

I have Ragnarok as well...sad that it will probably never have any future releases. Forever stuck at volume 10. It was the first series I started collecting over 10 years ago.

Its really a shame. It was also the first series I collected but I cant remember what happened to my copies so i bought them again, even if 11 never gets released.

TT_TT I started collecting them 7 years ago yet I only have a sad total of 6 now, since my other ones where all destroyed by people who borrowed them back when I was little I deeply regret letting them borrow any. One of my manga had its cover ripped off with pages falling apart when I got it back.

I don't know why, but this feels like a competition of who has the most mangas XD (I can't post mine, I have no camera to take a picture of it o-o)

That's awesome! My goal is to one day purchase every manga and book I've read. Manga can be pricey since the amount tends to add up, especially for those that have more then ten volumes and sadly one must prioritize during rough times. At the moment I own about twenty-five mangas, most of them are random mangas that aren't more then two volumes and have no end yet.

Wow how do people even afford that much..? I have, like, 2 mangas...

Alot of it has to do with time as well. I went to post here, and realized this comp doesnt have any pictures of my collection at all surprizingly. So going to grab some tomorrow and post up.

Surprizingly, when it comes down to it, even a large collection over time isn't too expensive. Something to consider is I spent more building the engine for my car than I probably did on my entire manga collection.
