I would be a wraith. I'd haunt criminals who murder, rape, assault, mug, or otherwise seriously harm others.
I would devour their life force to maintain my presence in the world of the living and see every last one of them dead before I ever even considered resting in peace.
Their screams would taste almost .. palpable ..
Good thing ghosts don't exist. Being that mean ain't really my style anyway.

Assuming the "ghost" form being discussed is an apparition of a deceased person, I would probably just watch what happens with everybody I knew beforehand. Attending my own funeral would be interesting as well.

I'd probably just observe everything around me and go anywhere I want. Free traveling at my leisure! It would get awfully boring after the first few hundred years, though.
I'd probably be a wispy, humanoid form in a long, white robe or cloak. Golden chains would be dangling from my wrists. I'd have no feet and no head but still somehow retain my six senses. There would constantly be a bunch of tiny, green fireballs around me. Green is my favorite color, so that'd be great.

It'd be interesting to hang around peoples homes to see the sides of them you wouldn't get to see otherwise. Buuuut, most of my time would be spent watching hotties change, shower, sleep, pleasure themselves.....
