One comment I'd like to make about the queue. I like to marathon shows when they are complete. In the old queue it was easy to see what shows were ongoing, and which were not. Now, if I want to know which shows are complete or not, I have to click on EVERY SHOW to check. Is there some way to bring back the ability to see if a show is complete or not without having to check every show. (I have like 60 shows in my backlog so I'd like a quick and easy way to see what shows are complete or not so that I can move stuff around more easily). Also, is there a way to display how many episodes are in each series on the queue? That would be helpful to me as well. Thanks for your consideration!

Which episodes?
It looks like you're a Free Member, so if it is a video with a star on it, it's only available to Premium Members currently.
You can also reach out to me via 'Contact Us' at the bottom of the page if you're having playback issues.

Probably the same ones the rest of us are having problems with and have been continuously posting about in this thread, and haven't had anyone from support reply to us yet. You might read the earlier posts on this thread for details. :-) Generally, it's any series which has short episodes (such as Poyopoyo or Recorder & Randsall). They always show the first 2 minutes watched in your history instead of the entire episode, even if you watched the entire thing. So coming back the next week and hitting "next episode" in your queue makes you re-watch the previous episode from the 2-minute mark instead of actually going to the next episode.

Oh, and that applies to the PVs on the new series as well, since those are generally short.

Possibly unrelated issue to what is posted earlier.
If he is a free user and trying to watch the newest episode of Naruto it will show a 2 minute preview.

Please remember I am trying to help on an individual basis.

Also, I'm not on the development team, but they are aware of the issue with shorter episodes not reporting correct watching times in the queue. There's an open ticket to fix the problem.

I apologize if it seems like we're slow getting to fix that problem.

Cool, thanks for the update. I apologize for sounding testy about it, too... As long as we know you're aware of it and working on it most of us are probably satisfied. It just gets frustrating when no one replies to say so.
