On Crunchyroll, well the only anime I've taken a real interest in watching were Gundam Wing for nostalgia's sake and when I first rediscovered Eureka SeveN. I highly recommend both if you can manage, but if you can only afford one then it all depends on the kind of mecha you want. Any Gundam will have more action than Eureka SeveN, but I personally prefer the latter. Eureka SeveN is just my kind of anime and I've sought to bring the franchise in general to the attention of a wider audience.

Fate/Zero is ridiculously fantastic. But it would definitely help if you saw Fate/Stay Night first, even though events in Zero are 10 years prior to the other.

My Favorites:
My Ordinary Life -> Amazingly, cute, funny
Another -> amazing horror series
Chihayafuru -> this one makes everyone cry
Hourou Musuko (Wandering Son)
Polar Bear Cafe -> for whatever reason, this series makes me happy)
Dusk Maiden of Amnesia -> Great animation, story could be better at times
Kids on the Slope -> amazing story.
Mysterious Girlfriend X -> *drool* 'nuff said
Tsuritama -> Aliens and Fishing have never been so odd and lovable.
That should keep you busy for a while.
