The only relative I knew who smoked was my grandma, who smoked for practically all her life. She passed away in her eighties.

I don't wanna smoke. Too smelly and expensive. I'd rather spend my money on anime than cigs.

Cancer, enough said. It's also annoying that I can't walk around the city without some jackass blowing smoke in my face.

I'm obsessed with my teeth. I'm also obsessed with not having bad breath. I end up brushing my teeth several times a day. I use whitening products, and go to my dentist every months. There are things I won't eat because they give you bad breath or stain your teeth. There's no way I could smoke, that makes your teeth yellow, and gives you bad breath....eeeew

I recommend touring a cancer center before you decide to smoke. People are often under the misguided impression that they risk only certain cancers by smoking and don't realize the the chromasomal damage they cause can lead to any of a host of cancers, including ones that are just too horrible to even think about... like eye and even anal cancer. You owe it to yourself to at least know what you are getting into first.

And for those that don't, what are your opinions on smoking?

Also, do you care if your lover smokes?

All the guys in my family (uncles + cousins) smoke but I don't think I will.

Sure it looks cool but I'm still young so I won't think about it til I'm older.

I have smoked, but it was cause my friend lit my pants on fire
Don't do it.. the flames can hurt if you don't get your pants out in time
I never recommend that my lover does it... her legs look better without burn marks
Wow.. its like a pants on fire club... wonder if its connected to the liar liar club.
It doesn't really look that cool, in fact you look ridiculous that's why people do it to you.

Seriously though...
Never have smoked...
I really hate smoking as it has no benifits and many negatives for you and the people around you
Yes I totally care, because I care about the health of my wife and children, I am glad that my wife quit before she met me.
I have smokers in my family too, I bug my brother to quit constantly and hope still that he will soon...
It doesn't look cool and the older you get the stupider it will look to the people around you and by then you may be too addicted to stop.

ive been smoking tobacco sense i was 9 yrs old drinking and started drinking vodka at 10 and then started smoking marijuana at the age of 18 first off tobacco is plant helps with anxiety stress anger few others and if u r a christian then i really want to know y your going against what god gave u and vodka cus of pure pressure lol and again same with marijuana it has alot more it helps with eating disorders sleeping disorders anger stress makes everything funny makes u relaxed and if u cant puke and need to smoking also can help make u puke as well lol and again i ask if u r a christian or any other religion y do u hate what god gave us as in fact every plant we see has some type cure or u can also eat that plant this world has everything we need2 to live off of yet we go and make all this cool good food lol and drinks and fun technology anyways tobacco and marijuana really helps alot and so does alcohol and beer helps Beer Builds Strong Bones
Suds for your skeleton? Sure! Research suggests that beer — particularly types that contain high levels of hops and malted barley — is a significant source of dietary silicon, a key ingredient for increasing bone mineral density (BMD). One study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that when older men and postmenopausal women (both of whom are at risk for osteoporosis) drank one to two glasses of brew a day, they had higher BMD measurements than their nondrinking peers. Before you order another round, though, consider this: More than two beers a day may have an opposite effect and actually weaken your bones, so chug in moderation. alcohol helps cool u down and helps with a few symptoms like common colds and a few others also helps make u feel really happy to much to explain so i dont want to also alot of u ppl should look up and study the truth and facts and side effects befor u go talking about whatu dont know
have fun any ways im on this planet to have a fun good short life not some long crappy life where im afraid to take anything or go do anything thats actually thrilling and fun ive meet ppl that r so afraid that all the do is live in there house and do nothing but watch tv or lissen 2 music or do nothing but read what a sad long life they have

No. Never have, never will. I'm not against smoking, well to a certain extent, but I don't encourage it either.

I do it off and on. Sometimes I find it enjoyable, and other times I feel sick and disgusted by it. Not sure why my feeling towards it change so drastically.

I don't really care if the person I'm with smokes (obviously I wouldn't if I'm currently doing it), but I would prefer if they didn't sometimes especially if I'm not. As soon as I quit I find the odor repulsive and kissing the person leaves a nasty taste in my mouth.

I guess I'm of two minds on this subject. I would like to say, however, if you don't smoke then don't start. It really doesn't offer you anything worthwhile, and is a big waste of money. Plus there's the whole cancer thing... but most things can cause cancer these days.

I started smoking in 2007 and it went on for a few years. It started with cigarillos, and eventually went to cigarettes.

Now, I've been using Electronic cigarettes (or "e-cigs") for almost 8 months now. It's more of a diversion to stay the hell away from cigarettes in my case but that's good enough for me. No more stenchy lurking smoke, no more tar in your lungs, no more coughing (well at least 80% less). Oh and supposedly you'll die a little later than you would if you were smoking but who cares about that part.

Supposedly cost-reducing but honestly, the road from where you start vaping is a rough and expensive one as you're going through the many options of styles of e-cigs and flavours and that will cost a lot. Not a whole lot of devices work for a very long time and that can be disheartening. Rest assured though that it's a technology that's constantly evolving. It's just a matter of finding the right vendor depending on your personal preference.

When I started out, it was rather uncomfortable. Switching from inhaling smoke to vapor isn't the easiest psychological ride and it may trip you up a tiny bit as you get used to the change. Supposedly you can vape in stores and public restaurants but I think it causes a bit of a spectacle and you don't want assholes envious of you getting in your face about why you can enjoy your nicotine intake in a public restaurant and they can't. Especially with their smoker's breath.

Patches? Nicorette? Fuck that shit! For those who wanna quit the habit of inhaling that nasty shit, get yourself some e-cigs! The future of your lungs is in your--"Me?!" yes, YOU--your hands!

Almost wish I was getting paid for this little plug.

This isn't the type I use, but I started out with it and I said: "Hey...you know what? Fuck yeah!" Then the thing broke on me and I said it again only without the 'hey' 'you know what?' and 'yeah'.
