Pause!

I'mma let you finish, but most of the data regarding secondhand smoke is inconclusive and there's a plethora of data to support either side of the argument. About the only validity to this statement is if you happen to be an asthmatic and you're generally very sensitive to any perfumes, smoke, etc. From a biological standpoint, if you're a relatively healthy person, you're lungs are perfectly capable of detoxing themselves. It's the constant barrage of smoke that causes damage. If you walk into a room and breathe in smoke for a whole 5 minutes, then walk out... you're not gonna die of lung cancer a few years later. The human body is not retarded.

Dude, THIS IS NOT AN ARGUEMENT! Leave Kurodenki alone.

Leave Britney alone!

Who's Britney... Anyways. I just said to backoff cause you made the first move on Kurodenki. You're judging them for their opinion. They are entitled to their opinion. Just like you and me. So seriously, dont just leap on them for saying 1 comment. If /or/ if not its false.

If you consider that a personal attack then I would highly suggest you gain some functioning coping skills and perhaps grow some thicker skin. Just as he is entitled to share his opinion, I'm entitled to respond with an opinion. Welcome to life, cupcake.

Yes. I smoke packaged tobacco. I'm rolling it in the paper. I started once since I was a child. I thought that I would be cool and others will respect me :-)

Yeah I get what you mean man, it's not like I really did research on the matter anyway. I'm just listening to what my grandpapi told me, and I also remember some guy in the Darker than Black anime said second hand smoking is 11 times worse than first hand smoking. So basically those are the two reasons why I avoid it.

I'm an asthmatic personally, so I have to avoid it and frankly, you're better off safe than sorry. Even as an ex smoker I can't really stand the smell but ultimately quit because of health issues. So good on you for being safe than sorry, just don't let it turn into a fear that controls your life. The data really is inconclusive, but smoke in general is worth avoiding. In a fire, it's usually the smoke that kills you but that's an extreme example.

Well I smoke since my 18 birthday and I beggin socially smoker but now I do it now and then just for the reason to enjoy the cigarette, I like the feeling so much. I don't really care if my lover smokes or not but I hate when they tell me to quit and right now I don't feel like it

I don't smoke. I don't care if others do because it's their choice but I don't like the smell at all. My grandparents smoked for a long time and seeing the health conditions they developed from it also makes me have no desire to smoke. Which, on top of that it can also become rather costly and I could save that money for pretty much anything else. (Which would pretty much just be video games and anime.)

I don't smoke, but it's perfectly fine for others to smoke.

As long as someone is willing to accept the consequences of their actions, anything is permissible.

I cannot stand the smell. I don't go to clubs or bars at all, mostly because of that odor. My ex wife smoked in her car and I hated driving it. Whenever possible, we went places in my car. That smell just gets into everything and it's very hard to get it out.

I will never smoke.
