Word of advice? im 22 years old and start smoking back when i was in year 7-8ish which is when i was about 13-14 and i would do ANYTHING just to quit but it's so god damn hard. People dont usually believe quitting smoking is hard but it's not an addiction it's a habit, you learn to smoke after meals, sex, while driving, on breaks, when you're tired, nervous all these things and just stopping cold turkey is just insanely hard. Even cutting down is hard since your body get's used to it and you don't realize you're smoking until its too late.
So from an older point of view and from experience DO NOT EVER SMOKE cause if you ask any smoker over the age of 20 he will tell you one thing and that is he WISH HE NEVER STARTED SMOKING.
^ This. spot fucking on bro. worst mistake i have ever made.
weeds is another thing tho, i dont mind that, it is not addictive at all in the way cigs are. of course in moderation. i cant smoke 9 months out of the year due to my seasonal job, and thats been going on for about 5 years now, not a problem.
