Removals are fairly rare. There is no list that I know of but here are some simulcasts I remember being removed: Steins;Gate Sora no Otoshimono S1 Sora no Otoshimono S2 Strike Witches S1 Strike Witches S2 Deadman Wonderland Panty & Stocking Kore wa Zombie Desu ka? Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu S1 Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu S2 Tatakau Shisho: The Book of Bantorra Shangri-La is also being removed soon. Most of them were removed because Funimation licensed them. I don't know about any non-simulcasts that have been removed as most non-simulcasts are US-only.
