Ipad app not playing the ends of episodes

For Fate/Zero episodes 3 and 4, with about 4 minutes left for each episode, the video starts to replay from the beginning of the episode. The load bar doesn't reset, but the material from the first few minutes just replays. I haven't tested any other episodes or shows.

The app is up to date, and is on the Ipad3.

I have an issue that sounds similar... My android crunchyroll app crashes, 3-4 minutes away from finishing an episode. EVERY time since last week. There have been no new updates at all. I want to add that the last 2 episodes I saw were Fate/Zero also, both crash.

Alrighty! Are you loading on 3G? Or on your wireless? I've noticed when i'm on my wireless at home I sometimes drop the wireless and swap to 3G and this interrupts the streaming of my show. If your on wireless how far away are you from the wireless station? How strong is your connection? Have you got any download caps?

My ipad is Wireless only, and the Router is just one wall away with max signal strength.

Alright so your ipad has 0 3g on it alrighty. what brand and model of router is it? Is your iPad iOS up to date

Ipad is up to date, and the router is some sort of AT&T specific brand. 2Wire. The problem shouldn't be with the Router, I stream videos off of my Ipad frequently. The Crunchyroll app is the first to have an issue.

The video doesn't skip or anything, it's just like is someone taped over the last few minutes of the episode with the beginning of the same episode, if that makes sense.

Hmm so the crunchy roll is the only culprit hmmm! Would you be able to remove the app and re install it if you've not tried already! Not a member of CR support team so I'm none too sure about the app but I do IT in real life I'm just trying to give a fellow crunchy user help

This is a known issue and there is info on a current work around under the Known Issues thread.
We're currently working on a new build of the iOS app which should resolve this issue.

Also locking and closing this.
