I debated with a close friend one day about deer!

he swore deer did not have fur! it was quit an argument he refused to admit he was wrong one the point! even when it was pointed out deer have different colors. had to get independent confirmation on this one to get him to admit he was wrong!

talk about odd.

I'm a sports fan, all my arguments are dumb one way or the other.

Dumb arguments usually result in me sassing someone else in another language ^^

But I hated how my Chinese friend pretended she didn't know how to speak cantonese in front of my mother (even though she speaks it horribly, I know she can) and she was impolite about not being able to speak it TO MY MOTHER so we just got in a fight/argument and I've never talked to her since.

And this other girl... I hated how she pretty much bowed down to the koreans in my school... I mean she pretty much threw away her pride to try and get close to them.. plus they only used her for food and material goods... The girl freaking gave her ipad to a korean girl and her ipod to this kr guy -.-... okay, that's her business right? But then she compares ME to them, by saying how they're better at piano, prettier than me, and their marks are better than mine.... uh no, not really. But she kept doing that to the point that I just snapped and we had a 10 min long argument and I've never talked to her since either...

:) I'm a good person. I admit these arguments are not totally reasonable, but I stand my ground. I say they're dumb because these girls turned into my city's sluts. So I feel like if I didn't defriend them, then they wouldn't be like they are today.

RELIGION vs Atheists.. Has to be the most drawn out and pointless arguments in history.

Sorry but looking it for a doctoral point of view, smoking technically doesn't cause cancer. It's the specific chemicals that do and there isn't a complete correlation to it

I'm religious, but i agree for that to be one of the most neverending dumb arguments.
Although sometimes its a fun debate with openminded people who know when to mutually close the case. :P

Also arguments that start off over the littlest things and somehow get so out of context, with the past future and present being all brought up into it. gosh. Well that at times that can be what it's like with my family. lol

I run into dumb arguments a lot. My mom tried to argue with me that the would was a square, instead of round.

I've also run into a person who said that gay people are aliens sent to invade our world, and because our bodies can feel the difference we end up naturally hating them.
