Too bad my drawing skills suck, as I'd love enter this contest since I'm a big Madoka Magica fan. You say "Any and all media are welcome," but I suppose that probably doesn't apply to a stick figure drawing with a detailed description.

Red Magic Knight of Love !!

RMKL wields the Heart Staff mainly powered by love. (Also works with lust and other emotions) .
His staff shoots out magic lasers, with colors ranging from pink, red to rainbow! Everybody loves rainbows.

The wish made by this boy to Kyuubei was one that was mainly out of love (and possibly perverse emotions).
I can't imagine what would happen once he turns to a witch. OH MYYY!
