Click to show or hide It's Cecilia Piksel, she became a Mahou Shoujo to stop being bullied at her school, while she was on the verge of death. She now repends love with her <3 Bow and her love arrow. :) Her "soul" lies in her necklace, in a cute pink amethyst. Her robe represent all the blood she spilled while being bullied. Parts of her robe can be transformed in arrows, but only when it's orange or red. When she does not have arrows left, her robe is a pure white. She can restore her arrow by using blood, from herself, her friend, or a foe, and absorb it with her robe.

The reason my outfit is not totally White or Totally blue is because the eyes can be considered "The Windows to the soul", hence why the eyes and the soul gem are the same color. My weapon of choice of a Scythe, this is how you can tell I am watching too much Soul eater in one day. My powers are space involved, I can create Mini Solar flares and sch to attack Familiars and witches. My wish is for a meteor shower to happen, I love them and have always wanted to see one, so why not wish for one? I made an attempt to design this like characters are in the series, Kawaii. One again, I hope you enjoy my entry. I slaved over this for you guys, I love crunchyroll.

Her whole life she has been dancing, her hobby and future. two years before she made her contract she ended up in a terrible accident, paralyzing her from the waist down. So naturally, her wish was to be able to dance again. She fights with daggers and dexterity. When she fights she almost appears as if she's dancing with the enemy.
