The best PS3 game for me without a doubt is Uncharted 2. That game was one of the best games I've play in the past decade!

Skyrim... It's just sooooooo. Vast.
Fallout 3
Anything uncharted. I'm an adventure nut and the story in each uncharted game is better than you'd expect from films.
Dark Souls
White Knight Chronicles 2. This game will keep you busy for months.

Metal Gear Solid 4...And play all the others before it when you are done.
Balnce of stealth and action is supreme. Not mindless shooting, but not just a sit back and wait either...Warning it has a lot of cutscenes, and made by God himself, Hideo Kojima. And it throws a little more emotion in it than most games.
I'm not dismissing other games. But this game is the REASON I bought a ps3. I swear to God on that. Oh and to play more of the series. Also try Lollipop Chainsaw, if you're a fan of Suda 51. If not, you probably won't like it.
