For all of you that asked about the amount of sex topics...My answer is: talk about is just interesting since it is something you usually don't talk about. To keep on with the topic, I think people change after having sex for the first time. Either if it was with yourself or with another person. Why?????? maybe more self confidence.
You know what reeeeealy changes your life? more than sex for the first time? to realize you can procreate. That was a big wtf for me.

there's nothing wrong with this topic. it's natural, and sometimes interesting to share stories.

and i always hate when people say masturbating is gross or wrong. if it is, not a lot of people would do it. because i have a lot of friends, and almost every single one of them does. (or they just have sex with their girl/boyfrined)

and it really depends on how much you think sex will change you to actually change you. i mean for me, i didn't let it change me. i'm just me, with one more situation experienced in my life.

For sure. It seems to either lead to trauma, obsessive lust, or (if actually done right) passionate love. It kind of was all of that for me :/

If you're expecting some big change you're thinking wrong. Your relationship my change but by the end of the day you'll still be the same person. Maybe a little more confident.

Granted, like any new toy you'll probably get a bit exciting at first until it dies down.

I became more confident after my first time. Does that count as changing?

Well, speaking of sex in the media, did you know the commonly passed around mantra than "men have more sexual partners than women" is statistically impossible? Two of the key causes are men claiming they have more partners than they really do and women claiming they have less partners than they actually do, and it all comes down to social perception.

As for the question for this thread... I wouldn't know.

As for the number of sex related threads on CR... that's what happens when you have a forum that doesn't delete threads after a certain time period in conjunction with a user base that are majoritively in their teens and early 20's on an anonymous forum

Some people do, some do not. It depends on their experience with the individual they engaged intercourse with and how it impacted the person afterwards.

The act itself is fun. Hormones are hormones and urges are urges, you know?

It just depends on how you're using it, ie who your partner is. An f-buddy/fling is different from a serious relationship, and sex plays a different tone with each situation.

Do make sure you're playing it safe. Use protection; you'd be surprised how common STDs are. So wrap it up!

I have to say I had a similar experience. After my first time, I felt more confident, I imagined I had transitioned from a boy to a man, although in reality I was probably very much still a boy. XD

The only difference is that after a few times I realised that sex isn't the huuuuuge deal that teens think it is. It's just a (nice) part of life~

I agree, at the beginning it's like having a new toy.
