Okay, we won't have Lieutenants, but we will have Captains. As far as the Captains go

1 Their role is to recruit, test, give missions, have meetings.
2 Meaning, we won't overplay as them to kill time. We should focus on our characters
3 Playing as a Captain is a big responsibility, as one must stay inside character strictly.
4 Captains don't spar.

now, I want you to pm me a list of up to 3 Captains you would like to play as. Remember, they don't have to be 3, for example, I only want Zaraki and MIGHT play Yama IF needed. In case more than one person wants a Captain, they will exchange places every week.
