The worst death for each person is the kind of death that person fears the most.
For me, it's probably getting eaten alive slowly by small creatures. Probably from the inside out so there's nothing you can do to remove them yourself.

I would say any medieval torture technique would be horrifying, like strapping a metal bucket on a bare chest with a rat in it and heating the bucket up with fire so the rat would chew threw your flesh (thanks game of thrones). yeah any torture would be the worst.

Being killed by a psychopath, like a guy in my neighbourhood who killed a poor Chinese student by stabbing him and having sex with his body afterwards, and then making a video of it and posting it on internet (yes, he really lived in my neighbourhood and yes, I already saw him and for the love of god yes I really did saw the video and it was utterly disgusting ;SS) Now that it think of it, he really was handsome O_O
