It's really pathetic you ignore people cause you're afraid they'll be mean.

I'm a bonafied asshole, I'm not insecure, I wasn't abused as a child, I've no vendetta to hurt others to secure myself, it's just word choice and how you perceive what I am telling you.

If my word choice means more to you then the context of my words then I'll gladly accept the title of asshole, since you're probably retarded anyways. That's pretty much my motto.

There is a certain need for "mean people" in this world to maintain a balance.

To quote from the movie Team America:

fuck bullies man if you ignore them they just look like stupid people spouting out their insults at a wall, but i can't say i've ever had to deal with bullies physically, because my guess is they were either intimidated by me or it was the fact that they knew so little about me that they weren't sure if they could deal with the torment i would retaliate with, that being said, looking back on myself i was one helluva crazy ass person in high school.

If you're that overly sensitive to others, then perhaps it would be best for one to stick to places and sites like Hello Kitty Land or Sesame Street, where life is beautiful all the time and is a perfect world.

There's being sensitive and then there's people who can't get by in life without their hand being held and protected by every single little thing that doesn't agree with them.

I think a person has to at least find something wrong with you before they can make fun of you.
So it begs the question of whether or not you provoke it. Kind of like when guys say girls provoke them to rape when they wear revealing clothes: "i thought thats what she came here for".
And in the end you decide to present yourself in public with all your flaws. You can blame your parents, you can blame anyone or anything you like.
But in the end: life's hard.
