That was a great ep, but way to short, and Suguo got of waaaaaaaaaay to easily, even if he is dead or comatose in the real world. For all the pain and suffering he caused, he should have been tortured for a while and then left to bleed out.
Yes, I have a cruel vindictive nature when it comes to people like that. >.>

I dont want to spoil much but look forward to next episode. Sugou is not completely out of the picture yet.

Haha well.. I this was all I could find while scouring the internet. It seems legit, especially with what we know of from the light novels.
Could just be amazing fanart. I'll update if I find anything more concrete.
