Ok I am mad happy that Asuna was saved just in time before anything worse happened. It pissed me off that Sugou even tried to take advantage of Asuna for personal reasons. This episode brought out some raw emotions from me once again. Can't wait to see what's in store for Kirito and Asuna

No he did not die, but you and me seem to have a different opinion on rape, kidnapping, and torture and the punishment thereof.

He may not be dead but if anything hes done considering the number of witnesses, victims, co-conspirators, crimes etc etc etc..... It would take a miricle for him to come back without a pair handcuffs on him.

I believe he only touched a girls virtual boob in a game he owns, and i appose the death penalty for anything short of murder. I see Kirito as a complete alpha-douchbag.

Right, cause forcing ones intentions on a girl is no big deal amiright? I believe any court in the land would argue that was attempted rape, legislature during that period would have caught up to full dive technology and even if it hadn't he is still on the hook for kidnapping and torturing over 300 people.

Kidnapping in the United States carries a minimum sentence of 1 year per count. That is over 300 counts of kidnapping. Life imprisonment is considered to be at least 35 years served. So on the kidnapping alone he'd serve nearly 10 consecutive life sentences at minimum.

Also, whether or not Kirito is a alpha-douchbag or not is irrelevant. Only the state or federal government can impose the death penalty. Kirito is a private citizen, so he was merely killing someone in a fit of passion and in the defense of others. It would be considered self defense or at most a crime of passion. I doubt he would serve time in even the most extreme of cases. Sugou's actions go far beyond alpha-douchbag and how you can even consider defending him (the virtual boob thing really makes me question your opinions on women and their bodies) boggles the mind.

Relax, it's an anime.. as for the: "It would be considered self defense or at most a crime of passion. I doubt he would serve time in even the most extreme of cases" who even considered Kirito would possibly get arrested? You're thinking about it all way deeper than need be.. deep breaths.

haha well.. yeah.. I don't agree with that, but Sugua is still a degenerate piece of filth.

and as to Kirito getting arrested. I know it wasn't even broached, but I like to be thorough.

same here and I think anybody would have done the same thing as Kirito did if not in a different more brutal way than Kirito giving him a fair chance to try and put up a fight which btw I found somewhat sad yet hilarious

He wasn't making it a fair fight, clearly... he IMMEDIATELY relegated Sugua's user status to that of what can be assumed to be a player's, and while he gave him the blade he requested, that fight was never going to be fair from there. The tide had inverted in favor of Kirito, and he took full advantage of it.

Kayaba is certainly not a hero nor in any instance someone who should be thanked. He simply admired the perseverance of human nature and specifically Kirito', being as he was defeated in battle by him before. That and, as he said, he had something in it for him that he required Kirito to do due to some sort of limitation on his end. He's still the same sickeningly mad Kayaba we know.
