I have found the plot to be rather interesting, each of the characters have many sides to them and the circumstances are bizarre.
I've had this one as a hot button title since I started watching it. I'm dreading the conclusion...I really like Kokoro.
Also, I wish the punishments Inaba dishes out were a little more like the companion manga. It'd be a tad bit funnier.  |

I thought this episode was a bit lackluster compared to the previous ones but still enjoyed it.
Tensions of anger and sadness running loose while the club gets some help from an unlikely someone.

Depressing episode, didn't develop much new, slipping... Hopefully it concludes this arc next week, I am done with the poor impulse control stuff.

Actually, it will conclude in episode 10.
For me, I enjoyed the episode even though it was depressing. I think it was important to show not only how the poor impulse control could drive them apart, but also that not all of their issues are due to Heartseed's "gift". If they don't talk through these issues, then they aren't going to get anywhere.
The field trip next week should be very interesting.

Ten, eh? Seventeen episodes? Last four on DVD likely, sigh... Expensive.
Guess I prefer more positive stuff. Still hoping for a happy ending.

I would like a happy ending too, but I don't think we'll get one until Heartseed is done with them. And for that matter, I'm not sure Fujishima is entirely who she seems to be either.
BTW, I love what's written on the chalk boards during the OP.

Without the chalkboard messages it would have been really depressing though for a moment I feared it would say they were through... And then there were none and all.

Great episode!
I liked the expressions Aoki showed this episode as well as Yui finally getting over (at least for now) of the trauma. Nonetheless, it seems that a camping trip is to continue with this arc so looking forward to that next week.
