It looks like about a third of what's new for Fall has been confirmed. I am sure that there are some other big series that will be confirmed for Fall as well.
Of what has been confirmed for Fall so far, I am most interested in:
OniAi(Onii-chan Dakedo Ai Sae Areba Kankei Nai yo ne) - I imagine that the usual people will hate on it for the incest angle, but it looks good.
Magi-Labyrinth of Magic - TBS's involvement could mean no simulcast, but an anime based on 1,001 Nights sounds quite interesting.
Girls und Panzer Girls and tanks could be a good combo or a very bad one. Want to learn more though.
Wondering if Fall will have Little Busters! or OreImo 2 .

@pisto Aniplex is magis production company and A-1 pictures is animating it and most nichigo shows that are aniplex titles have been simulcasted so chances are it will get on. LB will likely air in the fall but oreimo 2 has no chance of airing then since the ending will be decided in december.

Definitely will check out:
Robotics;Notes - hoping for magic like Steins;Gate, but I'll be happy with just a good show...
Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo - this looks really fun, and the main female character is drawn extremely well! The story reminds me of Sayonara Piano Sonata, which I really love and expect will never make it to anime. (licensing for the music...  )
K - looks awesome, may be junk in the end, but it will be pretty junk...
Sukitte Ii na Yo & Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun - these two sound too similar for words, but I will probably check both of them out... I'm a sucker for romance...

A number of series are announced well ahead of time. There is at least one anime at this point that is confirmed for January 2013, and at least 5 others for sometime in 2013.

Out of this list, the two I am really interested in is Hidamari Sketch x Honeycomb and Girls und Panzers. I wonder, since Sentai has been licensing the entire Hidamari Sketch series, and a lot of Sentai series are on CR, I wonder if Honeycomb (and the rest of the franchise) might show up on CR. Girls und Panzers I guess will depend on if Funimation licenses it before it airs.
