Looks like FansubDB is really ahead of Fansub Wiki as far as keeping up with Fall shows.
Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo (Media Factory show according to ANN) has its date, time and network out (October 9th 12:30 A.M JST on Tokyo MX)
Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun has its time and date there too (October 2nd 1:35 A.M JST). It's on TV Tokyo before Kamisama Hajimemashita.

And Fansub DB also lists Aoi Sekai no Chuusin de as a Fall series.

Ill definitely watch Seitokai, Hayate, and Robotics, and the Inu x boku ova and Haganai's ova, the others maybe I will maybe not. and where's Minami-ke's and The Idol M@ster's ova?

The next Minami-ke series is slated for winter 2013 (i.e., January 2013).

I meant the Minami-ke ova which I read comes in October, not the new season.

FansubDB and Moetron both list Medaka Box 2 for October like theskyflame has been saying for a few weeks now.

EDIT: Countdown has also updated too and has Medaka Box 2 listed as well(as well as those other things that have been announced over the last few days).

And MAPPA is doing Teekyuu ? Wow...I am more interested now.

All of the current series suck, except sword art. I am highly disappointed at how cliche the genre has become. Nothing even remotely "unique"

FansubDB and Countdown also have a date, time and network for K : October 5 2:25 a.m JST on MBS.

Aikatsu! and its timeslot make me wonder if this will be a series that Crunchyroll will simulcast or not.

Thanks for pointing out that for K. I knew holding off on updating the initial message was a good idea.

As to Aikatsu!, ANN noted this is the same time slot currently held by Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal. Given that this is an anime that is based on a game that revolves around using collectible cards featuring various clothes to help aspiring idols pass auditions, I don't see this being licensed for U.S. broadcast like the Yu-Gi-Oh! series have been.

ANN has a different premiere time listed for Haitai Nanafa than the first post of this thread.
http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2012-08-14/haitai-nanafa-tv-anime-to-premiere-in-october

The official website for the Haitai Nanafa television anime series announced on Tuesday that the series will premiere on October 6 on the Ryukyu Asahi Broadcasting station. The series will air on Saturdays at 5:55 p.m.

Apparently, Ryukyu Asashi Broadcasting is abbreviated as QAB.

There also some details on the short anime:

The story of Haitai Nanafa revolves around an energetic middle school girl named Nanafa Kyan. Nanafa lives in Okinawa with her grandmother who runs the "Kame Soba" soba shop, her beautiful older sister Nao who is in high school, and her younger sister Kokona, who is in elementary school and has a strong ability to sense the supernatural.

One day, Nanafa witnesses a seal fall off of a Chinese banyan tree, and three spirits who live in that tree are unleashed. These spirits include Niina and Raana, who are "jimunaa" spirits. The third spirit is Iina, who is an incarnation of an Okinawan lion statue. As spirits start appearing one after another, the peaceful life of Nanafa and her family begins to change.
