I am sure Sentai will have plenty this fall too between sequels like Hidamari Sketch x Honeycomb and To Love-Ru Darkness . It would certainly also make it a nice oppertunity for Crunchyroll to get all of Hidamari Sketch (or Sunshine Sketch as the manga is called around here.) I certainly would love to be able to see that series.

The previous three Hidamari Sketch titles are in Sentai's hands and available on TAN, so CR would need to work out a deal with them to have all of them available. While CR recent got a couple of titles (Xam'd and Night Raid) that are in TAN's library, both show Aniplex as the publisher, not Sentai.

Regarding To Love-ru: Darkness, although the primary network is unlisted at this point, I am betting on AT-X. Of course if CR gets it, they will have to settle for the same censored version as the broadcast stations in Japan get. (FTR, it appears the first and second series had TBS and Tokyo MX, respectively, as their primary networks).

Updates to initial post:

Added information on Haitai Nanafa, the new Hayate no Gotoku series, Little Busters!, and To Love-Ru: Trouble - Darkness

I am holding off on listing Seitokai no Ichizon until I get confirmation from another source aside from the post in the MAL forum. (There is plenty of confirmation that it is coming, just no other confirmation I have found of when).

I'm also tempted to remove Imaginary Abyss, despite it being listed by FansubDB, as there literally seems to be no other information on it.

The info that said LB was airing in the fall was from a voice actress so you should remove it until offically confirmation by key visual arts or warner brothers of japan.

Considering it is listed by two different sources (one of which is Countdown, which is typically conservative), I am inclined to leave it in. Frankly, I have been loathe in the past to remove any series listed by the usual sources (which is the only reason Imaginary Abyss isn't gone already), and instead prefer to add a comment stating any reason I have to believe the information may be less than reliable.

I also fully expect the Little Busters! will be on the first full chart to be issued, in which case I couldn't leave it off the list.

I also remember this awhile ago from one of the fan-made lineup charts of the series Red Data Girl.

Think it will make it into the fall category?

Two new additions:
Jojo bizzare adventure http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2012-07-05/jojo-bizarre-adventure-gets-tv-anime-in-october-and-game
Ixion saga http://yaraon.blog109.fc2.com/blog-entry-10525.html
The count is up too 26. 28 if you count LB and imaginary abyss. chibuyo will also likely air in the fall.

Although we have about a year to wait for it, I am really excited for the 2013 anime of Sailor Moon .

Fall 2012 is looking to be a big and epic season. If Funimation is intending to step up its streaming game, Fall is looking like a good time for them to grab some simulcasts, although I think Crunchyroll will keep trying to get more and more themselves too.

Of the generally accepted to be Fall series, I can see Crunchyroll getting:
Hiiro no Kakera 2
Magi- Labyrinth of Magic (was Blue Exorcist in that nichigo timeslot?)
Little Busters! (Sentai has always gotten Key adaptations.)
Seitokai no Ichizon 2 (I don't see Funimation licensing it, but we'll see)
New Hayate the Combat Butler (TVTokyo series, I think?)

and I am sure they'll get plenty of others too(like those two shoujo series).

@pisto Yes magi is in the nichigou timeslot which was held by both blue exorcist and FMA. I kinda doubt cr will get it since its shokakugans 90th anniversary project and the big aniplex title for this fall so it could either go to aniplex of america or viz. And WB of japan is little busters production company and they are funding it so its

If Aniplex keeps Magi for itself, I don't see any problems with it being on Crunchyroll. Viz licensing it would be a problem though.

For Winter 2013, another anime has been confirmed for that(which makes it 2 anime confirmed for Winter). Da Capo III

Actually, the only Key adaptation Sentai has picked up is the Clannad series. Funimation picked up Air and Kanon. Therefore, it's not a guarantee that Sentai will pick up Little Busters!.

I should have added either ADV or Sentai has gotten Key adaptations. ADV had licensed Air (both the TV series and the movie) and Kanon(2006) [nobody has licensed the godawful 2002 version by Toei] and Funimation got those series from when Sojitz pulled those series away from ADV and then did a shady bargain basement sale.

So between ADV and Sentai(Sentai has a lot of the same people who used to work for ADV), those two always have gotten Key adaptations.

And Sentai also picked up Angel Beats! which is Key anime original.
