That makes it seem likely its another exclusive, since their shared simulcasts seem to have been open "guest" access. |

While the announcement doesn't state anything about it being only at TAN, episodes after the first two are premium only. If I recall correctly, that hasn't been the case with simulcasts shared with Crunchyroll. It being an exclusive would fit the pattern with the 3 simulcasts that are shared with Anime on Demand in the UK. EDIT: It is interesting that TAN currently states: Schedule Thursdays at 9 PM Eastern / 6 PM Pacific, starting October 4th Why? Because it premieres October 6 at 1 AM in Japan, which is a bit over 18 hours from when I posted this edit. I suspect they actually meant to list it as starting October 5 at that time. Just to note: The first episode of K is now available on Hulu: http://www.hulu.com/k |

No one licensed Psycho-Pass/Robotic;Notes yet at least. I hope CR does, even if it's not available in my country, because then the subs are out much faster.

That we know of. Keep in mind Funimation could have already licensed titles, but is holding off until NYCC in about a week to announce them. Given that they sometime take 2-3 weeks after a series premieres to start the simulcast, there isn't much push for them to announce now (with the possible exception of Jormungand Perfect Order, which they are already confirmed to have licensed). |

More corroboration is that the four series Sentai series sublicensed to Crunchyroll were announced on Tuesday to be streaming for free at TAN starting in November. So the TAN exclusive streams we know about this season are for members after episode 1, and the streams shared by Cruncnyroll and TAN are free streaming at TAN on a one month delay. So looks like TAN will have four exclusive and four shared. |

I noted earlier that Viz had posted the first episode of K to Hulu.
For those in the UK, Anime on Demand also has the first episode available: http://www.anime-on-demand.com/index.php?option=com_vodvideo&view=playlist&Itemid=402&playlistId=61 Regarding To Love Ru Darkness, and TAN's scheduled simulcast for tonight, I pointed out in their forum that it was before it aired in Japan, and an administrator there replied: Nah, the hours are right, are you adjusting for Japan Time? Our simulcast will go out as planned, as we have had our release dates and hours approved by the licensors. Thanks. |

The thing is, Psycho-Pass seems to be aiming towards an worldwide audience(which would mean CR is the way to go). I mean, there's an actual english website for it: http://www.fujicreative.co.jp/intldept/new/Psycho-pass/index.html http://www.fujicreative.co.jp/intldept/new/Psycho-pass/intro.html http://www.fujicreative.co.jp/intldept/new/Psycho-pass/Characters.html Furthermore, there are interviews on which they mention how they want to "show off the Japanese animation industry's ability to also create major scifi works". Even more, it's noitaminA. I have high hopes that CR will get it. |

Oh, and the update on Dog Days season 1 was posted in the Medaka Box 2 thread. http://www.crunchyroll.com/forumtopic-777816/new-fall-titles-medaka-box-2-and-dog-days-s1 I am so very glad that all of the Dog Days episodes are available to premium members. Added to my queue too. |

Vision was announced just hours before its summer simulcast so I expect we'll get Poison <Doku> tomorrow morning, the next YTV mystery theatre drama.

Speaking of it, they did indeed go live with it at 9 PM eastern tonight; I have it started in another tab as I type this. Unless the airing time in Japan changed to a day earlier than all the source sites state, I can guess at one of the news headlines at ANN tomorrow. As expected, it is censored. At less than 3 minutes in, the first light beams shine across the screen. |
