Under the "Availability Information" (lower right hand side of the main page for the series), it states:

Naruto is available for streaming exclusively for Premium Members in the US, Canada and US territories. However, Naruto Shippuden is available for everyone.

This is totally unrelated but did an event happened like last week? I mean I was able to watch Ano Natsu de Matteru and Code Geass even though I live in the UK

Sometimes CR mis-identifies what country you are in, which has sometimes resulted in people not being able to watch shows they should be able to, but it can also work the other way around.

Given that, if one day you are suddenly able to watch show(s) you could not before, and there is not announcement in the Site News section of the forum about expanded availability, you might want to stay logged in and plan a marathon. (While technically a license violation, unlike a fansub, the publisher is still getting paid).
