Anne Boelyn was evil, influential and clever.

The most loving people in the world are everywhere if you know where to look.

If you could measure love, influence, evil, and cleverness, I'm sure there would be an answer.

God and Lucifer. They are the two most powerful beings in all of existence.

Hitler wasn't that evil. He only rose in power near the information age, where information was already spread nearly worldwide, even if distorted. Which made him a more known and infamous lesser evil amidst the masses. If we are to look for really evil by human definitions, you'd probably find them in very isolated places or perhaps ancient Egypt.

As for most loving, I'd say that Mother Teresa just had some kind of mental illness or a hidden agenda. People can't be that kind naturally, it's not in our nature to prioritize the existence of strangers.
