I'm just glad the took out the pointless running away form the girls during critical moments when he has to kiss them during battles. also they at book 4 if going to the books right now but I wonder if they will do all of the books because it takes approximately 2 episodes to for each book (4 if they didn't cut anything) and I read it was only 12 episodes long. I hope its 26 instead.
another thing I wish they left in there was the beginning and epilogues of each book because the lunch scenes with Shizuka are hilarious.

What adventures await our God-Slaying King?
Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide Nay, there be no adventures ahead. It is the infamous beach episode, well known among those who view Japanese animation. Before our eyes lays glory in the form of voluptuous women dressed in fine bathing suits and the possibility of them being nude. Such beauty must be showcased. However, this was a beautiful lie all along.
We've reached an action-filled episode but at what cost? Our promised beach episode was a deception all along. Our hopes have been crushed only to develop an episode in which men fight amongst each other. The animators have forsaken us. They've turn their back on us.
All I sought were fair maidens in beach gear yet I only received a subtle taste of the promised eye candy. I came not to watch men fight but for gorgeous wenches. The change in subject causes anguish within me. I am furious but more heartbroken about this matter. Today shall be remembered as a sad Friday afternoon for me.

Following the accursed loss of the beach episode, this week carries on our young God-Slaying King's adventure.

Our King possesses not only such powers but also the charisma to capture the hearts of wenches all around. He has won the heart of Maiden Knight Lilliana. However, her hidden libido is disclosed during this courtship.
Weep not, fair maiden, your secrets are safe with our King. If you do decide to weep, you may do so on the King's broad shoulders; he has collected the tears of many maidens and they were key to his victories. Let the saline, watery fluid shed from your eyes drive him to victory against the foe! Evil shall not stand up against the King's justice!
But battle will not occur tonight; the King needs his rest. Let the foe, Perseus, slayer of serpents, battle against our mighty God Slaying King next week!

I think Campione! is doing fine, it's still one of the newer anime and some of the problems can still be fixed to be better in the long run. I think it can be an even bigger hit with a lot more positive results in the future.
