Hi,

I'm using the Crunchyroll app on my Samsung HT-E5550 and sometimes the screen saver starts during the anime.
If this happens I have to do something like turn the volume and so on and it's a litte irritating

Hope you can fix this

Would it be correct to assume that doesn't happen with any of the other video apps on the Samsung if the remote goes untouched for the same duration?

To be honest, I don't know. It happens very irregular, sometimes nothing happens over three to four videos. I can't see a pattern in this.

I thought the Samsung HT-E5550 was your HDTV, but I see it is a home theater system. If your HDTV is an LCD display and not a plasma, the best solution may be to go into the configuration menu and change the time for the screensaver to activate to 25 minutes or more.

Well the screen saver is from the HT-E5550 because it is the samsung logo (I have an LG TV) but I will try to increase the time for it to activate
