Can you guys try licensing Pokemon best wishes? Season 2 came out june 22nd which is this season, so you can get it as part of a season license. Pokemon is a huge series and there is no legal alternative to watch it. It is also aired on tv tokyo, which you guys are really close with. The popularity of pokemon is huge, you should even know that. If this site gets it, it will drag in thousands of new subscribers.

Thanks bro, I always wonder why pokemon best wishes isn't on here, it is very popular in america, owned by tv tokyo which you are really good friends with and not licensed for streaming by any other us company.

Any updates bro, I really want to restart my premium, but theres really not that many good anime to watch weekly, Naruto Shippuden,HxH, maybe sometimes I will watch a seasonal anime or two, If PBW is licensed, I will restart my membership for the whole year and plus you will drag in thousands of new members. Pokemon has a huge fanbase around the world, when I was in new york, my friends son was acutually watching pokemon best wishes subbed illegally. this is why we need a legal alternative. So many kids and adults alike love pokemon. I know CR is good friends with tv tokyo, why not get them to give you the license. I hope your license manager tries to get it, the second season came out for the summer season so it isn't late.

The new season of Pokemon was already licensed for broadcast in the United States (no surprise there), so the odds of CR being able to license it for streaming are rather low.

It would have required the licensee to either have omitted streaming rights from their contract (which they will sometimes obtain even if they have no plans for streaming), or for the licensor to have specifically made those rights non-exclusive and the licensee to not have objected.

I talked with him and he let me know that it was already licensed. I'm not sure that we can do much, but he said he would look into it.

Cartoon network has it, but do they really have streaming rights? I think like once in a blue moon they will upload a dub episode that is like 60 episodes behind the Japanese release..are dub and sub streaming rights different? Anyways thanks for at least asking, I'm buying a crunchyroll year subscripation soon, but I just put 80 bucks in my steam wallet yesterday cause of the summer sale heehee. I'll probably buy one when the ps3 app is done, and that will be around the time guild wars 2 comes out. I have a laptop connected to my tv. Yet it lags a shit ton when I stream anything on it and most of the built in keyboard keys are missing, shitty hp chinese build -_-..

Anyways are you guys going to license more episodes of fairy tail? Like past 5 episodes back? I'm also wondering why fairy tail isn't gone completely cause funimation licensed it and has streaming rights..

Streaming rights are typically just that. It would be very unusual for the licensor to differentiate between formats.

At last report Funimation had only licensed the first season, so they really couldn't ask the licensor to pull the rights from another site for episodes beyond that.
