I don't know if you mean Tiger Mask which has an alternate name in Italian of il campione, if that's the manga you want you can go here: http://www.mangapanda.com/tiger-mask it only has 5 chapters released till now, if its not that then sorry dude not much else i can do for you...

He means Campione! It is about a boy who killed a God.

I don't know about manga, but there is novel translation on baka-tsuki.

I don't think it's been translated or licensed, so you probably won't find it online unless you're looking for raws.

Honestly it is a light novel you can locate some of it translated by baka tsuki personally i have been trying to find a way to purchase them and still can not locate it so if anyone reads this and knows where i can pick them up id love to get them Campione! by Taketsuki Jou books are what im looking for. that was for those that might have not figured it out

The manga version just started last October. I'd go to Baka Tsuki and read the light novel. They have completely translated volumes 1, 2, and 5 and are quite a ways into 3. (Why is 5 done and not 3 or 4... hard to say...)
