Ceroluthor 7766 cr points Send Message: 19 / M / US Florida Online	Permalink Reply Quote Posted 3/8/13 when talking to someone I maintain eye contact so in that aspect of it no I don't have a problem with it, however if I'm walking and I look at someone and they look back at me I'm not going to maintain eye contact. I'll look at them and once they notice me I'll either look past them (if they're in the same direction I'm going in and is inevitable), or I'll go and look ack to where I was originally looking. To me, maintaining eye contact with a complete stranger when not engaged in discussion is just as much a threat as is raising a fist to someone

I haven't lost a staredown since 2003 because I can manage to go something like 30 minutes without blinking... true statement

When I was learning dancing in gym class, we had to regularly change partners. The teacher said "Remember to keep eye contact" so I had my eyes wide open staring at my partner who was some kid I hardly talked to. I guess he didn't understand my humor because his frightened reaction was hilarious. XD
