Ok everyones' got their HUGE list of their favorite anime and ofc of exagerating huge i mean like 6-7 titles however wats that one anime that no matter how many times you've seen it you can just watch it over and over even tho u can practically recite every damn line in it???

For me its D.Gray-man its a rather gothic anime but i like it fool! It's always got action and turning at every point deepening every characters story instead of the usual focus on 1 or 2. I've probably watched it 6 times all 103 episodes pisses me off that they discontinued it but its not a big deal cuz the manga is still awesome. I could go on and on about it but this is where i'll stop Allen Walker ftw,and lavi is a bad ass.

Probably "Evangelion" maybe because I struggled with some of the same abandonment and alienation issues Anno and by extension Shinji struggle with. Plus, it's just gorgeous, even those last 2 episodes with the stick figures.

I don't believe I've ever watched an anime more than twice, and even at that, either separated by years or rewatching with a friend who's never seen it.

It should be obvious since I pretty much spread word of it every time I am on crunchyroll, Kōkyōshihen Eureka SeveN.

I've seen it more than 30 times. As for my reasoning, well I wrote a semi-spoilerish review here somewhere. It has probably been buried, but it shouldn't be that much of a pain to find it.

I have re-watched Season 1 of Naruto like a million times. The dynamics of Team 7 and Sasuke's eventual betrayal never gets old.

I love Lucky Star. It was my very first slice-of-life title. Otaku my age were hooked on Naruto and other shounen titles when I discovered Lucky Star, but after I did so, I never looked back. I was fascinated by the fact that a show could be entertaining without any action or even any coherent plot.

For me its Kampfer and Dragon Crisis. For Kampfer I have watched it three times every time after I watched another series and I even bought it on dvd when I seen it at the store and seen it on dvd a ton of times. As for Dragon Crisis I have watched it a few times already and will buy it on dvd if it ever comes to the states. I seen Bombshell in the Sky at Best Buy the other day a Bluray dvd box combo that Im going to buy on my payday.

Ga-Rei: Zero or any tragic anime. In my mind there is no better a story then a carefully crafted tragedy whether it be the Greek tragedies of old or family and loved one's being split up and fate leading to there fighting or death.

Are you serious? Wow... Both Kampfer and Dragon Crisis were garbage series. I'm amazed someone actually likes it that much. The ending of Dragon Crisis was so bad that I ended up rating it 3/10, never want to touch it again. Then again... I see you mentioned Bombshell in the Sky, so it's clear where your tastes lie...

Personally, for me "that one anime" would be Ghost in the Shell. It's quality from beginning to end, Yoko Kanno composed most of the music and it's fantastic The story and plots are interesting, the characters are not flat in their personality and they develop over time. There are tons of references to works of art/literature/media.

Overall, Ghost in the Shell is a godlike anime, almost flawless.

I can watch Ghost in the Shell again and again, I truly hope there will be third season some day.
