its hard enough at work. a bunch of new people coming in and i say everytime hi how are you today. and i feel like the way i say it is very robto like
theres a woman i work with and she says that i need to find my big girl voice.
i dont know how
and everyone else says im too quiet
but i cant read while im at work. ill get in trouble. i dont want that

Oh goodness I was labeled the shy girl in school but I wasn't shy I just never really had much to say, school was like work for me, now on my free time even with my soft voice I was like BOOM!  Shots! But high school was quite amusing since I was "shy" they confided in me a lot of weird ass stuff that I found entertaining kids are soo weird XD |

I'm a shy girl. I only attend social events when my presence is required. I'm not much of a small talker and do get bored very easily around random small talk.
My shyness is a cover. I'm an observer. I personally prefer to remain invisible at events and examine the dynamics of the crowd. I'm the artist trying to capture the moment. As such, I recognize shyness as a talent. Shyness is a strength that opens doors because people do not realize I am there or misjudge my cute, quiet demeanor as totally harmless.
Often times at social events, my shyness is so pervasive, that people don't realize I am the guest speaker because they are expecting a dynamic, older, gentleman...not a sweet, soft spoken girl. My closest friends and family say that I am a ninja in disguise.

Haha, I doubt most people would think you're creepy.
On a different note, I don't think shyness is a trait that should be associated with creepy anyways. I mean, creepy can literally mean "repulsive". I think that if someone is repulsed by someone else who is timid, they might be the person who has something wrong with them. Plus, there are a lot of people out there who just lack sufficient self confidence. I think you actually have to get to know a person (even if they are shy) before you can determine if that person would be "creepy"
