Episode 1 Holy shit, this is like Seitokai no Ichizon version 2.0 but with more fan-service. A lot of randomness, fan-service, and cliche going around the school. Overall, was sort of funny although it was meh for me. Not expecting much out of this series but will watch for the lulz.

With the total lack of plot development in the first episode it needs to do more than just pander to keep me watching. This type of anime isn't plot-driven but the can't just strip a character 4 or 5 times and call it a story. Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide I also thought they would reveal the secret of their new club member at the end of the episode. She is a HE.

First time I've seen this much stripping on only one episode of an anime. First ep was not bad, totally LOL'ed at all those Saint Seiya references. Especially the doujin. Wouldn't have imagined they did it like THAT.

The latest CR has obtained any simulcast for a season was 7-8 weeks into the season, so it seems quite unlikely. Either the company that holds the rights simply would not license it, they requested a larger minimum guarantee than CR expected they could recover, or they insisted on certain other terms that CR felt were too onerous.

pistolsaf 21870 cr points Send Message: 32 / M Online	Permalink Reply Quote Posted 10/12/12, edited 10/12/12 This was a hilarious show, and I will re-watch it now that Crunchyroll is going to stream it (and this gives those who us who really want Seitokai no Ichizon Lv. 2 hope that CR will eventually get it). EDIT: I definitely enjoyed the anime references( K-ON!, Dragon Ball Z, Sailor Moon among others) and the antics of the Student Council President were very amusing too. Izumiko was also one of my favorite characters in this and the last episode was surprisingly touching too (and they used the song from Beautiful Dreamer as the ED in the last episode)
